Oct. 11, 2006 - Pregnant Alphabet!

SugarBean just handed me this picture:
I said, Oh, A, B, C, D..... I was just about to ask her to tell me about what they were carrying when she said, Theyre Pregnant!! I have been laughing ever since. Not sure why some of the baby letters are unhappy to be in the womb!
Earlier we were working on the letter K. We did some extra practice on a spare piece of paper. After we were finished she turned her Ks into people!
They are jumping. The little one is upset because he cant jump! Sometimes she tries to do this when it is not the right time. Like making her letters hug or cry etc. when we are in the middle of a lesson. Today it was after lessons and was very funny. It gave us a good laugh! Do you think she might get into trouble if she tried to do that in public school? Have a great day, Stacy

How cute! She's really quite creative.
Have a great rest-of-the-day. I really need to get going on some things around here - but it's sometimes sooo hard to pull myself away from the computer. :(
Just thought I'd let you be the first to know that I'm going to start my own food blog. I've been working on getting it set up. I love to cook, so I'm really excited about it. |

Ha ha ha! those are to incredibly cute and creative. I love the pregnant letters and the mad non jumping K! Oh wouldn't it be so sad if they did get in trouble for their creativity and how sad that we might miss out on it!! What a joy to beable to experience the fullness of our children!
JOYfully in Him,

What artistic treasures. I especially liked the way the pregnant letter C managed to carry its baby. The joy of self-expression like that is one of the best parts of homeschooling.
Exciting about your plan to visit Australia next year. I guess you love to stay around the Sydney area to spend as much time with your family as you can, but if ever you visit Adelaide, let us know and pay us a visit. It'd be fun to catch up with another homeschooling family, and especially an international one. I wish you all the best for your saving, especially with Christmas on the horizon too.

I'm sure that wouldn't go over to well in public school.
But, I'm thinking that you have a very creative little one on your hands!
I have one of those at my house too. Always lots of fun, and never a dull moment! |

That is so cute! Isn't funny the way children see things, and actually we all see things that way, since we were all children at one time. I don't remember too much about being 4-7 but mom does and often tells me things that I think are silly now.
I hope to hear from you soon! Happy Fall! Nai haryuvalyλ melwa rλ (May you have a lovely day)
Sincerely,
Jocelyn

That is cute. My dd6 used to draw people with one circle as their head and attached legs and arms to the circle. They looked so funny. None of my other children did this. She has gotten better now.
Well, I hope you are having a wonderful fall!
Be Blessed,
