Tomorrow I am teaching a homeschool co-op class about Australia! What fun.
The internet is full of great information on Australia. There is more than enough to keep you busy for a long time. I even learned a few things. For example, did you know the aboriginal instrument, called a didgeridoo, was actually a tree limb hollowed out by termites. I thought they made them! Which I guess they do now for commercial purposes.
One cool thing about Australia is that it is a continent, a country and an island!!
Here are some links I found helpful in preparing for my lesson:
Thank you for the great links. The timing is wonderful. My girls and I are presenting Australia in a geography fair in 3 weeks, so we will especially enjoy learning from these sites. Thanks again.

I am going to make a page for those links for future reference! I stopped by to say that I love to see your little Koala at my blog........he brings a smile to my face!! I love your comments!
We love learning more about Australia. Thanks for the links. I hope your co-op class went well, I'm sure you did a great job teaching about your home land. Have a great weekend!
