Before I get to the menu plan for this week, I want to show you the super yummy, ridiculously extravagant, French grilled cheese we had tonight. The opportunity arose for me to watch some of the Food Network a few days ago (I'm glad I don't have it at home - I would never turn the TV off!), and saw an episode of the Barefoot Contessa. She made a delicious looking Croque Monsieur. I was sure my husband would love it, and he did. Here is a pic and link to the recipe:

Kids Can Help: 7 year old can cook grilled cheese with supervision.

Kids Can Help: Both kids can roll out and cut noodles.

Kids Can Help: Bible class night - I may not have them help make dinner
