This morning we made the Irish Soda Bread with bran and oats from Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone

It is delicious!

SugarBean is excited about her turn to make dinner tonight. We went shopping yesterday and bought the needed ingredients. She even made her own shopping list.

Check back tomorrow and I'll tell you how it all turned out.
