Who's Thinking About Christmas?
Posted in Family
Are you making a list.... checking it twice *grin*
I came across a neat site that has a week by week schedule starting on August 26th that takes you through your entire house getting it tidied and ready for company with check lists and planners for your holiday baking, christmas cards & gifts and more. There are also links for crafts to make now and recipes. Check it out here : )
I'm going to follow along with some of it. I just may get my cards out in the mail by the end of November this year instead of just before Christmas eve. LOL.
Blessings,

Every year, I try to get started earlier. I did buy 2 gifts already. But the kids found them in the move! I heard somewhere that if you do something towards Christmas on the 25th of each month, that is a good way to remember. I also have a Christmas Control Journal downloaded free from Flylady. That helps. I want my cards out early this year too. Oh it is a job!

This site is awesome! During the past few Christmases, I have been overwhelmed by all that needed to be done and not enough time to do it in. I will use this site to help me become more organized so that I can actually enjoy the holidays.
Blessings,
Julia

~About Me~
Hello from Canada! I am a homeschooling mom to 3 very rambunctious children ages 10, 6 & 3 years old while holding down the fort as tug boat captain 'Dad' sails the seven seas *grin*. We're located on 40 acres in a tiny rural community in beautiful British Columbia and this is my quirky journal about our homeschool journey, running my home based business 'RosyUndPosy' making 'Eco Friendly Bags 4 Green Living', and everyday life home on the farm. Hope you enjoy your visit :)

Want to have a peak at what the weather looks like here today? Here's a cam showing the lovely scenic view looking east down Johnstone Strait past Helmcken & Hardwicke Islands.

And this one is looking north across Johnstone Strait towards Hardwicke Island. Hit the refresh button on your browser to update the picture and make sure you stop by during daylight hours :)
