Biggun and I got together with some friends.  We call it our
"Friends Learning Together"
We just finished our first Lapbook.  We chose to do a free pre-made lapbook as this was our first attempt at doing this together. 
We chose Apples!

We did all kinds of thing from tasting real apples, cutting them up to see how they can be devided into 4ths, we also learned about Johnny Appleseed and even made our own applesauce.

Biggun drew an Apple tree next to a Castle because he likes Castles.

when you join their yahoo group you have access to about 5 really neat lapbooks. We figure that after you count in things like sickness and stuff we will get done by Thanks Giving.
