NCLEX in waiting....

I returned from Tampa this afternoon.  My mom and I headed over there yesterday evening so that I could wake up refreshed for the NCLEX this morning.  For those of you that are familiar with the NCLEX this is the state board exam that graduate nurses take for their licenses.  I was quite relaxed.  Much more than I expect to be.  I spent the last 4 days repeating and memorizing Phil 4:6-7.  "Do not be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition present your requests to God.  And the peace that transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" ....those very verses are the ones that helped me to focus on the Lord and got me through this.  Now, all I have to do is wait for Friday.  This is my focus right now.  After I am sure that I passed this exam...then I can regroup and refocus on my new homeschool endeavor.  More later....

That is one of my most favorite verses of all time. I have meditated on it many times!

About Me

I am a wife of 10 years, a homeschooling mommy and a labor and delivery nurse. My life is full of God's great gifts. We are native Floridians and although I go through periods of wanting out of this place...I've recently learned I love my hometown as stale and over priced as it may be.
