Long time.

Hey guys it's been awhile, I don't even remember how all this works haha. Anyways that isn't the point. I thought i would let everyone know what has been going on with me lately.
Lets see where to start... um... well first off I graduated in April!!! I have already started college and i am enrolled in the Fireman/EMT training i am about to finish my first quarter and get all the core classes out of the way. Then in Jan. I start my fireman training.
Also I bought a brand new car 3 months ago and have already paid it off!!!! Which means i got rid of my red truck that was falling apart but hey it was free lol.
Lets see what else... I was in 3 bands, but i slowly worked down to just playing in the one at my church so that is cool. We finally have a building for our church. Me and my dad built one, it cost to much to rent a place.
I guess the last thing that happened to me in a year is I started dating a wonderful girl named Rachel , you guys know her as babyrach91. I met her years ago then we got back to talking 2-3 years back. Now i go to school with her. So all and all i would say it has been a great year!
I will try to be on more guys so just message or comment and i will do my best to reply.
Later guys

I'm not dead....Or am I?
Posted By

Sup peoples? I'm kinda bored... It's cold and wet and rainy outside...'Course, I kinda like it that way, just not the freezing cold part....
Dad and me went huntin' the other day, and not fifteen minutes after we got in the stand we started hearing somthin' running around to our left. We could tell it wasn't squirrels or birds, and then I heard a snort! We froze and waited, dad getting ready to hand me the muzzle-loader, and then it turned and started heading toward where we were facing. (It was behind the trees of course, so we didn't even know what it was, just that it had four legs.)
Then guess what pops out of the woods? A STINKIN' DOG! Yepper folks, we thought we had us a deer and it turned out to be a dog. Big black dog. And the dog was nice enough to pee on the tree in front of our stand, just to scare off any deer that braved it's scent. Humph.
Then about twilight, everything is still and quiet, and you can practically feel the deer moving around, and we're all relaxed......Then what do we hear? That sound that every hunter HATES to hear unless it's com'in from him............
..........BOOM!
Ah yes, it was a lovely time....lol.
As we climbed down from our stand, we heard the sound of a lucky hunter driving off on his ATV with a big ol' deer on the back.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention fencing, didn't I? We got this guy to do fencing lessons for our homeschool group, and it is so AWESOME! Mr. Michael makes even the stretches fun....It's fun to attack Danny, even if it's with an imaginary sword....I'm the only girl, as usual, but there are some boys my age, so they offer a bit of a challenge.
It's fun to hear the other kids groaning and moaning during the stretches and exercises, lol. Some of them don't even make it through, they just collapse on the ground. I think Mr. Michael does it on purpose, just to see how determined we are.
Soooo, what are y'all doing?
May the Force be With You,

NEVER read the book "The Rifle" by Gary Pualsen
Posted By
marinesrule
If you ever come across the book named "the rifle" DO NOT read it enless you are anti gun. This book is trying to send the message to children that "guns kill people". When in reality, guns dont kill people, PEOPLE kill PEOPLE. At the end of this book the rifle was hanging in front of the familys fire place, when someone poked the fire and a spark flew from the fire and just happend to hit the VERY tiny ignition chamber, ignited the the 200 year old powder in the chamber then the gun magicly fired and the bullet kept hitting WALLS (keep in mind if it were hitting walls the bullet would STOP) and spinning around the room and then hitting a little boy in the head. And therefore killing the boy. YEA... because THAT will happen...seriously people...this man obviously isint that smart. guns dont kill people. PEOPLE KILL PEOPLE. NOT guns. Sure, I was enjoying this book until I got the message he was trying to send in the end of this book. PLEASE, do you think that this could actually happen??? YEA RIGHT. Guns should be treated with respect as with any weapon but COME ON!! If you read this book...read it with care. Thanks.

Lyrics to "In My Arms" by Plumb
Posted By
Zola
Hey everyone it's been a long time since I've done an entry but I'm doing it now and now I'm telling you what I'm doing well everybody who's heard of Plumb probably looked up the lyrics for in my arms on you tube but the lyrics aren't right I found out I was right the first time and here are the real lyrics so you don't get confused
"Your baby blues, so full of wonder. Your curly cues, your contagious smile. And as I watch, you start to grow up. All I can do, is hold you tight, knowing... clouds will rage and, storms will race in, but you will be safe, in my arms. Rains will pour down, waves will crash around, but you will be safe, in my arms. Story books, are full of fairy tales. Of kings and queens, and the bluest skies. My heart is torn, just in knowing. You'll someday see, the truth from lies. When the... clouds will rage and, storms will race in, but you will be safe, in my arms. Rains will pour down, waves will crash around, but you will be safe, in my arms. Castles they might crumble, dreams may not come true. But you are never all alone, 'cause I will always, always love you. Hey oi, hey oi. When the... clouds will rage and, storms will race in, but you will be safe, in my arms. Rains will pour down, waves will crash around, but you will be safe, in my arms."
Well those are the lyrics and if your wondering how I know that the people on you tube are wrong with the lyrics it's because I have the sheet music for piano and it has the lyrics.

Thoughts On Love
Mark 12:29-31 " 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."
God seems to put a lot of emphasis on love! The most important things to do in following Him are to love Him with everything you have, and to love other people more than you love yourself. Why is that? What is so important about love?
1st John 4:8 "Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love."
A definition I’ve heard for wickedness is “the absence of God”. If God is love, then we can replace the word “God” with the word “love” and still have the same meaning, right? So wickedness is “the absence of love”! Wow, I guess that might be what’s so important about love, huh?
1st Corinthians 13:1 "If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal."
The tongues of angels…I wonder what angels talk about? Well, they are constantly in the presence of God, right? I’d like to think that because of God’s awesomeness, the angels can’t stop talking about Him! He’s just so amazing that everything they could talk about pales in comparison!
So, if we spoke the way that angels speak (talking about God) to other people (as we’ve been called to do), but don’t love those people that we’re talking to, we’re not going to make any impression on them at all! All we’re going to do is be the stereotypical “hypocritical Christian” who is just telling them something to get brownie points from God! A clanging cymbal that everyone just wants to be quiet!
The only way we’re ever going to get people to listen to us when we tell them about God’s love for them, is to show them His love through us!
Matthew 24:12 “Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold.”
This verse sounds a lot like what’s going on today to me. Love is being distorted by the world around us, even by Christians! All that the world tends to see when they think of love is s*x, or something that is there through the good times, but leaves when the storms of life come. This is a horribly distorted image of love, so much so that we can no longer see the very definition of love (God) in it anymore!
And Christians have similar problems. We “love” others by not telling them about God’s love for them. We say, “Oh, but I don’t want to offend them” or “They’ll think that I’m weird, and that will give them a bad image of Christians”. But really, how can we say we love our friends when we won’t even tell them about the most important thing in our lives? Is it really loving to let them walk blindly through life and then find themselves in hell when they die? No! No, that is not loving at all! That’s the opposite!
Dear friends, I struggle with this too. I am not a “super-Christian” who has brought many to Christ. In all honesty, I’ve never brought someone to Christ. I’ve helped someone rededicate their life to Him, and I’ve been there when someone accepted Christ for the first time, but I’ve never been the one to go up to someone and tell them the good news of Jesus. I think “Oh, they’ll see it in the way I live and if they’re interested they’ll ask me.” And while it is very good to live a life that shows Christ through it, that is not enough. This is something God has convicted me of recently, and I am trying to get better at it, because, as I said, that’s what true love is. It’s caring enough to do the hard things that could offend people, but it could also save them or at least plant a seed in them.
1st Corinthians 13:8 "Love never fails."
But without love you are sure to fail.

Feeding your snake live prey is NOT animal abuse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Posted By
marinesrule
Ok, i HATE IT when people say feeding live rodents or rabbits guniea pigs etc....is animal abuse!!! this is competly FALSE!!! its the circle of life...the food chain.....the snake is a CARNIVORE. people think i should feed my snakes carrots!!! yea like my ball python is gonna eat carrots!!! it will look at the carrots like "what the heck is this????" PLEASE...feeding your reptile live prey is NOT animal abuse! its called survival! the food chain! the circle of life! its just the way life is!! snakes are on top of the food chain and rodents are on the BOTTOM. NOT feeding your snake would be animal abuse. ive seen people say "KILL THE SNAKE BECAUSE IT ATE A LITTLE RABBIT! ok...i know many of you guys think feeding rabbits to snakes is animal abuse but hese rabbits ARE SELECTIVLY BRED to FEED snakes. they have the name FEEDER rabbit for a reason. its not like we go to pet stores....get a pet rabbit...and then feed it to my snake. THAT would be animal abuse...but feeding a a FEEDER rabit BRED to FEED snakes its NOT animal abuse. i had to right this because this subject makes me MAD! Thanks.

New Tubs for the snakes!
Posted By
marinesrule
Ok, both my snakes, my california kingsnake and my ball python have outgrown both of thier tanks. bella (my ball python) is growing so fast. this weekend most likely on saturday or sunday my dad and i are going out to target and getting plastci tubs...yes thats right PLASTIC tubs. many people think you HAVE to use real glass cages, this is far from the truth. glass cages have screen tops meaning if you have a snake that needs high humidity such as a ball python they are not good. you CAN use large plastic tubs for snakes. they sell these tubs in massive sizes to put a ton of blankets pilows etc...but make GREAT enclosures for snakes. just make sure they are as long or longer than the snake. Thanks.

Ball Python Care.
Posted By
marinesrule
The Ball Python is a thick bodied snake from Western Africa. They get this name from thier tendency to curl up into a ball when it feels threatend.
Caging: Ball Pythons get farily large as adults, but they usually stay around 4 to 5 feet. For adult Ball Pythons you will need something as large as a 30 gallon or 40 gallon tank. For baby Ball Pythons you can use a small plastic shoe box, or a small 10 gallon tank. You will need something to line the bottom of the cage. This is called substrate. There are many things you can use when it comes to this. Such as newspaper, aspen shavings, paper towels, reptile bark, or reptile/cage carpet. The substrates to avoid are cedar, and pine shavings. These woods have toxic oils in them that can and will kill your snake.
Heating: Ball Pythons come from a fairly hot environment, the ambeint air temperature in the cage should be 85-86 degrees. with a cool side of about 75-77. You can heat your cage with a UTH or Under Tank Heating pad. you can get these at your local pet store. its not recomended that you use lights on top of your snakes cage, Ball Pythons need a humidity of about 60-80 percent. Heat lamps just suck out ALL the humidity. Make sure when you get your heating pad, make sure it is UNDER the tank. the heat pads come with sticky surfaces so you can put it on the bottom of the tank.
Water: As with any living thing, Ball Pythons need water. make sure they have fresh water AT ALL TIMES. usually Ball Pythons wont drink dirty water, and will quickly become dehydrated. Sometimes snakes poop in thier water (for reasons unknown). and when they do this CLEAN IT OUT AT ONCE. if they drink it they WILL die.
Feeding: Having a pet snake is not for the faint at heart. If you are a fluffy cute animal lover, having a snake may not be right for you. This is because snakes are carnivores...meaning they eat meat. depending on the size of the snake, you will want to feed it every week or 2 weeks. snakes can go months without food so being a little bit off will not matter. you will feed it MICE or RATS. rats are for the larger snakes. never feed a snake a mouse or rat bigger than the thickest part of its body.
Remember. this is just a guideline to keeping a Ball Python as a pet, make sure you do other reserch on these beautiful animals before you get your snake....remember....GET EVERYTHING YOU NEED BEFORE YOU GET YOUR SNAKE. and do ALL your reserch on the animal you are getting BEFORE you get it. many people dont do this and thier snakes die. have fun with your new snake (if you get one). Thanks.

About me and my snakes.
Posted By
marinesrule
Hey, im 13 and i am completly and utterly obsessed with snakes!!!! I know this sounds really wierd. i have one black and white banded california kingsnake, and one Ball Python. snakes are SO misunderstood. many people think all snakes have venom, smell, are slimy, and are dangorous animals. some snakes are not good to have as pets but please respect the ones in the wild. if you see a snake somewhere...leave it alone. let it go. it didnt do anything to you. i will post more about snakes later. right now i have to go. thanks.
