A - Read story below...

The other night Jared weighed himself and he was 51 lbs.  Giff made the comment how big he was getting.  It seemed to take him forever to break that 50 pound mark.  Jared said:  "Actually, I'm getting smaller, I've gone down an ib".

OH, NO!  I've created a gap in his education!!!

I've never taught him that the short form for pound is "lb" and I guess he was reading "lb" on the scale and thought it was "ib".  Ooops, (but it was funny!)
