Just ate this delicious dessert (prepared by several nephews and a niece), and thought I'd share the recipe!!! Super easy AND very YUMMY!!!
Butter Finger Cake
1. Prepare and bake 1 yellow cake mix using about a 10 X 13 pan.
2. Poke holes in the cake (using the good 'ol stab-and-gentle-twist-with-a-butterknife method).
3. Drizzle about 1 & 1/2 cans Eagle Brand Milk over holes and allow cake to COMPLETELY cool!
4. Once cooled, cover (ice) with Cool Whip AND then generously sprinkle with smashed Butter Finger candy bars.
***You could add any toppings of your choice... Heath Bars, chocolate & peppermint bits, nuts, OR etc. might be equally as delicious!
Wow! It was good! Hope y'all enjoy it!
Blessings,
:)Michelle |
