I've been reading lots of blogs that our members have on weight loss, and would like to feature one each week, so that all of you can be encouraged by the hard work that other members have put into finding information that will help us all in this weight loss and fitness journey.
This week's featured blog is Through Thick and Thin, by Kris. Kris has some wonderful information on her blog, not to mention some pretty neat graphics that you'll love to see. I especially like her post on a 3-week plan to reduce sugar intake. I know that sweets are a big temptation to me! How about the rest of you? She also has a link to slide shows relating to weight loss, and a quiz to see if you are mentally prepared for what it takes to begin a weight loss program.
