I had been working long and hard on a my knitted shawl and finally finished it a few days ago!! You can find the free pattern here. It is pretty easy - all you need to know is the garter stitch and how to increase one stitch at the beginning and end. It just takes some patience to get it done!!!

WOW! Thats gorgeous! I love the colour! I am knitting a scarf at the moment (well *cough* I have been for about a year!)
No, we live half an hour drive away from my horse riding place, otherwise I would probably be helping out there. My riding teacher asked me once if I would like to come and help with the horses, I accepted but we havent found the time to do so since!
Well, I dont think I really have the land to have a horse *giggle* we have the tiniest backyard ever, its hard enough trying to play tiggy in it! But, we are looking to buy a house, so hopefully we get one with land (fingers crossed!)
