Rivendell Gown......Brielle's Collection

Recorded In Rivendell Fashions

ElfDress7.jpg

After seeing the costumes from Lord of the Rings I just loved the Rivendell styles that Arwen wore.

ElfDress2.jpgElfDress1.jpg

While the movies were still in theaters I created this gown to wear to the movies and just for fun. I wasn’t sure what color my gown would be until I happened upon this perfect shade of green. The rest of the design just went from there….and the Evenstar inspired trim was a wonderful find. Perhaps when I get the funds I will purchase the Evenstar necklace…..

Hello Brielle,
Very Nice. You stretched that picture of the train. I just love that fabric.
You should get rid of the post about my dress. It's getting old.
Your sweet sweet cousin,
Rose

This is such a pretty dress!

Thank you for your comment. That's neat. I'm hoping to make a more modest version of Susan's farewell dress from Prince Caspian at some point. What outfit of Peter's are you making?

This is the first time I've used linen. I really like it.
