Being that this is the first official issue of my Gone with the Wind Costume Research posts…   I’ll start of with a brief overview of what each post will look like.

 I'm not sure how many posts there will be, but the first one will be posted very soon.

   Each post will be following the contents of the photo above…

     -Famous Gowns   (lots of pictures will be shown)

     -Historical Styles (a look at styles that may have inspired the costumes from the movie)

     -Fabrics and Trims (Ideas and pictures of fabrics used...yards and yards of silk)

     -Movie Trivia  (fun facts and pictures)

Thank you for the comment! Amazing Grace is a wonderful movie. But it breaks my heart that there is still slavery in the world. I think our generation should put our foot down, and put an end to it. Before I start getting heated up, in the era of Gone with the wind is sooo much fun too study! God Bless~Faith
