11/9/2007 - Question?

Posted by 15Proverbs1 at 18:37

Hello Brielle,

I was wondering where do you get your patterns? do you buy them or do you make them yourself or do you combine different patterns?

I hope you have a lovely day,

Your sister in Christ, Bethany

P.S. I like the purple skirt. :)

Hi Brielle,

I am again in awe of your sewing skills! Unfortunately, at this time I am unable to buy anything as I am saving up for different (and I must admit more useful) things I actually need. But if you have another "sale" in the distant future let me know.

But...Christmas is approaching quickly and I was wondering what you might price a dress similar to the dresses in "The Princess Bride" or "One Night With the King". Preferably, a dress like Esther's. Do you do much beadwork? Those require a lot of that, I know... anyways, just let me know, and perhaps I'll put it on my Christmas wish list. Oh, and I guess it might be wise to ask how long it would take you to complete the average dress?

Well, thanks for any info. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Jess

EDIT: I hope you don't mind me adding you to my friends list? Would you add me to yours as well? =)

I was looking over your gowns, and I came across the Narnia Wood Nymph, and the Dryad costumes... and WOW! WOW! WOW! They are BEE-UUU-TEEE-FULLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE THEM! The Dryad costume was so pretty! I love the leaves falling all over.... the Wood Nymph is like a fairy costume! VERY PRETTY!

I like the costumes on this page. Elizabeth's "nightgown" I think is very pretty! You should go for a fashion designer! jk!

Rachel

cool stuff!

Yep, busy busy. I don't really like being busy, but then I never have much to do... so I guess busy is good... ish. haha

LOL No, actually, I just put those pics up a couple days ago. :P

I've just been up to school, and I got my hair cut, and we got our Christmas pics done on Sunday. lol I'll put the pics up when we get them, which will be in three weeks. lol

Well, I recently drew two characters from my pirates rpg, and did a watercolor of a Forest Sprite. I tried doing a self-protrait.... but I may throw that out. lol

God bless!

Love,

Jennifer

Your costumes are amazing! please add me to your friends list... I've already added you to mine! Out of curiosity, how much do you usually charge per costume? I'm sure that it depends on the costume, but I was just wondering.
Thanks for stopping by my blog! Cheers!
