Grecian Inspired Evening Gown

I created this gown for a customer that was looking for a Greek inspired gown with similar elements to a gown featured in a movie.  So here is what I came up with...

The gown is made of sheer red ruby chiffon and fully lined with a layer of chiffon and a layer of satin lining. So all in the entire gown has 3 layers of fabric and also includes a long shawl wrap.

I made the gown in similar fashion to historical styles so there is no zipper or closures. You simply just slip the gown on and put on the belt.

 The shoulders are accented with braided chiffon cording that ties the gown up to create that classic Greek sleeve affect.
