What a sad day it is indeed!   I thank God that He is ultimately in control, because this country is in a sad state that has just gotten much sadder. Thankfully, my ONLY hope and victory is in Him.

"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word."

2 Timothy 2:15

All we can do is do our best to present ourself to God as *one approved*, as we long to hear one day as we stand before Him, *Well done, my good and faithful servant!*

Our hope is in God, not in man. Our devotion is to God, not to man. Man lets us down, and becomes corrupt. We've seen it time and time again. But GOD is the same yesterday, today, and forever............. Alleluia!
