This morning we went on a homeshool fieldtrip to Alaska Glacier Seafood. They process salmon, halibut, rockfish, crab and even sea-cucumbers later in the year! It was very interesting seeing the "slime-line", looking through a halibut eye lens, watching the frozen fillets being glazed. And it didn't even smell that much. Morgan pinched his nose much of the time, but really it was a very clean facility. We really enjoyed it. Nothing like fish guts and eyeballs to keep little boys entertained!
