Sunday was a beautiful day, so the boys and I went to Auke Rec and played at the beach area. Here are a few photos from the day, the boys building a castle:

Self-portrait - (I have to say, self-portraits are not an easy thing to do, even with a tripod and a timer on the camera. I think next time I'll just have a helper monkey push the shutter):

Tristan never sat still long enough for me to get a photo of him. The turning leaves have really been nice lately - I really do love the seasons here (well, except for the raining season - that lasts all year).

Our kitten Scampy is getting bigger, here's a photo of Luke and the kitten that I love:

Kim. Those are great pictures! Thanks for the advice about saving pictures. Are you saying that each time I save, I must "save as"? In other words, I save the original by "save as" and any other copy I use I save it as "save as", too?

And yes, I would be blessed if you'd give me the long version of your legalistic journey. At you leisure, of course. I/we have been down a legalistic road in the last several years (though we didn't grow up that way) and it's definitely affected my walk with the Lord, my homeschooling and even every day life.

The pictures are great. I soooo love fall, which is usually fairly short here in the interior, except for this year where we had a very lengthy fall.

i had a cat that looked very similiar to yours when we lived in KY. he was a wild thing. your sweet little kitten reminded me a lot of "peanut"
he was so little when i got him and had to bottle feed him and teach him to go to the bathroom. did i mention all this was going on as i'm giving birth to my 1st son. i'm so nuts!
