We have not had internet since I blogged last. We have not even had cell phone service. We went to the Four Corners on Monday. After that we went to Page, Arizona and went rafting down the Colorado River which was alot of fun. Shelby and Kyle went in 45 degree water on the river . After rafting we were suppose to stay on the beach on Lake Powell, but when we got down there we didn't make it all the way because we got stuck in sand. It took us an hour to get out with digging out from under the car ,and then someone finally helped us out. At the 2002 Utah Olympic Training Center we got to look around and even go down a zipline. The one dad and Chirs went down was the longest in the world. We stayed in Salt Lake City that night. Today we went to the capitoal building, Clark Planetarium, and the Great Salt Lake which was really salty. We are eating dinner right now and then we are going ice skating at the 2002 olympic oval ice skating rink. We will leave tomorrow and head towards Idaho. I do not think we will have internet for a while. All is well here, hope the same with all of you. God Bless, The Burtons. |
