I have been too busy to blog!  Serious problem, serious oversight.  Or maybe I am just "sobering up" as a friend put it.  Not that blogging and keeping up with friends (real or imagined) isn't a "good thing," Martha, but you and I both know how it can be consuming. 

 So, instead of being inebriated online lately, I have been drinking in my children, my family, my housework (right) and even the dutious events that go on in the culinary corner of my humble abode.

I do miss the fun with y'all, and I really enjoyed reading the link from Patricia's post about LaShawn Barber---she really knows how to blog, that woman.  Wow.  That is one thing I have wanted from the start, for this blog to be the real me.  What you read is what you get---although I am happy I can edit this, Lord knows in real life I need major editing :)

Anyway, have missed you all but have had fun checking my site meter to see who has been stopping by for a visit!  Be sure to drop me a line, I will be changing my comment feature back to "anybody" instead of just registered users.
