What a wonderful video Jojo over at Art of Eloquence posted today. Have you been reading my mail??

This really blessed me and touched me in a "mountaintop" kind of way

I had the video posted here, but it "morphed" on me and turned into a different one. I was told it was good, but I didn't want it here. So go check out the link above, you will REALLY like it.

As a reminder of God's love for me, I thought I'd post a picture of myself on a real, glorious mountaintop that the Lord created. Check out that view!

Yes...I was too lazy to logout of admin and back in as myself. That won't be a problem for much longer. *enter suspenseful musical crescendo* Yes...I am 'leaving' yet again, LOL. Time for a break and for some serious priority rearrangement. Again. :-)

I just found your blog and just wanted to say "Hi!" I was amazed that you and I each have a child/children with Type 1 diabetes ( I have two boys with it) and we also share the same birthday! Just thought that was kind of interesting.

I have linked you in my post - I couldn't remember who wrote that and we gave our copy to my grt grandma!

Mrs. Novak told me you were off in AZ with your mom and that she had gone to be with Jesus. Sorry for your grieving; you can find comfort in the fact that she is with her Lord and that she is no longer in pain. One day we will all be together again, standing in the presence of Jesus! and that is something to look forward to! ; )

And, I gave mom a hug from you... then she came in to read your comment. ; )

I am blessed to call you friend and am glad the Lord could minister through me.

Welcome to my blog.
How nice of you to drop in. What is this all about you say? Well, take a look and see.

Just like the plants springing forth we are following the Son, soaking up the living water and pulling the weeds. We can't wait to see what will bloom THIS growing season!

Oh, and just for fun, I will tell you a little about me, since that is what this space is for. :)

I am a mother of four lovely kids who are perfectly human in every way. They are sinful, selfish, loving, happy, grumpy, excited, capable, frustratable, (I know, that isn't a word but sometimes I make up my own) and sometimes contrite, and just like their parents. But they are ours and we think they are all keepers!

We have homeschooled them all since birth with the trial and error method. I think they all have "made the grade" and they are now 16, 13, 11 and 9 years old.

We're not experts, except in the area of making mistakes and living to tell about them and hopefully learn from them! We hope you will find some encouragement here as you read about the seasons of our life as a homeschooling family.
