The Suspense is Killing Me!!
Well, handsome finally did it. He has gotten a job (with the same company) outside of Florida. We are saying goodbye to my home state and moving south of Nashville! He left today to start work tomorrow and we (the kids and I) are coming up Thursday to help secure a place to stay. We will be home for Thanksgiving, but will make the final move the following week. I'm looking forward to our new adventure.
On another note, Tuesday is Rayman's 10th birthday and Wednesday is Po Po's 5th. Mine was last week, so we have been busy celebrating around here. Rayman seems to be having mixed feelings about his birthday. I have to wonder about a boy who laments his 10th birthday, while I'm working toward (gulp) 40!!
We are in limbo with regards to school right now. We finished up the first term of the year. We are waiting for the moving turmoil to subside before we start up again, only to have Christmas season come around. This is a bad time of year for us to keep motivated. We usually just take December off rather than fight the "I Don't Wanna Do School" blues that prevails in our house.
Nothing else going on around here. I think I have all the excitement I can stand as it is.
