Great appt! All is well with the three of us. I gained 3 lbs (17 total), BP is fine, no sugar problems, both boys had heartrates of 150.
AND...
We scheduled the c-section!! 10/25 at 5pm. Wow, having a date this far ahead... I think I'll go CRAZY waiting!!
Of course, no guarantee I'll make it to 37wks+5, but that's what we're shooting for! Both the doc & I think it'll be a bit earlier though. Maybe my body will surprise us!

Yep, no VBAC this time around. I was upset at first, but I remember what LA said about my last section - I'd rather do a C than have a doc uncomfortable with breech deliveries try to deliver a breech baby!
*shrug* It's not so bad - not what I'd pick, but not so bad.

I'm just curious, not trying to stir up discontent that's been laid to rest ... it's too early to guess on babies' final positions, isn't it? Tell me AGAIN (because I'm too slow and lazy to do math!) how many weeks you are?
Did I tell you I was telling Dale about you and your twins, since we were "in sync" before I look at your pregnancy and twins with much more awe and wonder (and fear and trepidation, LOL)

Hmmm... not so much a default for twins as a default for twins FOR ME. He's not comfortable with ME doing a VBAC. This is, after all, my 13th pg and babies #7&8. BTW - he is known at the hospital as the "Twin Magnet" because he's handled so many - and has 2 sets of his own! LOL
I was researching like crazy at first and planning on "fighting" him on it, but I'm on a twin msg board and LOADS of things can go wrong delivering twins naturally. Scary stuff! I decided not to push it - I'm trusting God has me in this doc's care for a reason.
Oh, and I'm 28 1/2 wks - and I've been thinking about you and our "in sync-ness" too! LOL
