What we've been up to here

Our sweet 11yodd, Bunny, was diagnosed 3 weeks ago with type 1 diabetes. We have been very busy learning about finger pokes, insulin injections, low carb recipes, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia and everything else related to this new challenge. "School" is on hold but certainly not learning!

Hey friend,
Thanks for your prayers and encouragment as we walk this road just a little behind you. It is hard at times, isn't it?!
I would love to read the book you mentioned. I only have the info I've gotten from the hospital (which has been a lot), but no books yet. Thank you for offering.
Would love to talk more later and compare notes. Just trying to get through this virus first though.

Me again. I responded to you on my blog, but wasn't sure if you would see it. I'd love to hear more about the honeymoon. When did it start? Did you recognize it by just low numbers? Any advice?
