Here is a story about a farm I made up. The main character is John. He is twelve. here is how it goes
I walked through the front door of are little cabin. A wave of smells hit pancakes syrup butter and some of ma's tea. I looked around mom was at the stove making pancakes, she looked over at me and said "could you go fetch your brother." "Sure," I said with a smile. I walked over to the ladder up too me and my brothers room. I climbed up and saw that Matthew was playing with his little slingshot. "Matt its time for lunch" I said. I looked out the window and saw my dad plowing the feild.
Dad was going to be late for lunch and probably come back at dinner time. I thought to my self. I looked up at the Boer Mountain and saw the cone shaped snow. I wonder if we will have any frost that would criple our farm I thought with a shade of fear. I heard Betsey our horse nay and looked down and saw my dad being draged along behind her. Thats not like Betsey at all she is gona kill Dad if He dosn't unhook his foot.
I yelled Mom dads in trouble get the medicine box. I climbed down the ladder and raced out off the room I ran across the feild and stoped by my dad is he all right. Mom came up behind me and said go get fresh water and grandmas ointment.
I looked to my left and saw the trail that Betsey and dad had left. I wonder were Betsey is. Just then my mother said "John I said go get that medicine!"I turned and said"okay and raced of down the feild and ran into the cabin. I looked around mama said a litlle voice from under the table> sorry my computer is acting funny
