May. 5, 2006~ raising 4 godly men ~
I am so blessed with a new book."Boyhood and Beyond" - practical wisdom for becoming a man by...Bob Schultz , published by Great Expectations Book Co. I am always looking for ways to raise my four boys into a godly manhood and this book has really put things I want to instill in my boys in such a intresting and meaningful way. The devotionals really touch the heart through stories and wonderful insight. It is recommended for boys between 10 to 18. My oldest son who is so private is even getting involved in answering the questions at the end of the devo. I pray this comming weekend is going to go well. We are franticly trying to clear the old log cabin site for the demolition and then to build our dream house. I will be going into about "the house that God built", really the house he is building right now,soon.

a wife to my Handsome of 17 years. A mom of 4 on the go boys 15, 13, 9, and 7. I grew up in the states but married my Canadian sweetheart and moved up north.
We live in the southern part of British Columbia , Canada on our homestead. We have homeschooled our four boys from birth and plan to go the distance till all four graduate from our homeschool. I teach with a Charlotte Mason style and use the Heart of Wisdom Approach. I love to craft! I am a beader, knitter, x-stitcher, quilter. We have been on a journey of being apart of building "The House that God Built". I have been recording our journey on my blog. Go to my links and you will find it. I know God has a lot more instore for us and we just need to follow where our Lord takes us.
