May. 30, 2006~ He's not a baby any more ~
Yesterday my littlest showed me he had his first loose tooth. I had a wave of tears. I couldn't believe my baby isn't a baby any more. I know he is almost 6 but still , I wasn't ready yet. I see these sweet ladies and their birth stories and I wish I had another chance to have more. I love being a mom even if it is hard at times, or alot of times. So we are now moving into a new stage in our family and it will be good. Here is a sweet pic of my" not so little baby".
He and my 7 yo would probably have so much fun together! I know just how you feel, that whole first loose tooth thing. I just cried like crazy when Josh turned 5. It was such a milestone, and he is our baby too. I do miss the pitter patter of tiny feet......wish there were more. Sigh.
Well, I need to stop commenting so I can go finish reading some more of your blog posts! Thanks so much for being such a great friend and commenting at mine! It truly blesses me and I am happy to be getting to know you a bit!
Those little gap-toothed smiles are definitely a milestone!
My 6yo is missing 3 and has 3 loose ones still. I don't think it will be a corn-on-the-cob summer for her this year.
Cute pic of your little guy!
Oops, I didn't explain that very well! She has three missing and three loose ones ready to come out soon. She'll hardly have any teeth left if they don't start coming in soon, but it makes for a very sweet grin! :D
It's exciting to see our little ones grow up and reach the next stage, but at the same time, it can be sad to let some things go. Take lots of pictures and enjoy every minute of it!
