" This is what the Lord says: "Stand at the crossroads and look: ask for

will find rest for your souls."
Jeremiah 6:16
Congratulations to your Orange Knight! I hope he had a very happy day. Do you guys do school on birthdays? We always take the children's birthdays off and I fix whatever they want for all the meals.
It's interesting to see the different personalities emerge in the planning of their special days. Rebecca has her day planned to the minute and we go here, there and everywhere. Elizabeth procrastinates and we end up at the mall (not really surprising). Josh doesn't even pretend to plan except to ask for pizza multiple times.
We are enrolled with Heritage Christian in Kelowna which means I have to do weekly reporting to our supervisor and then meet up with him 3 times a year to show that we are actually doing something. Which we are so there is no problem there. I just don't like doing all of the emailing. I have been struggling with trying to decide if I should stay with HCOS or I should go independantly like I did the first year. I don't really need the re-imbursement although it's nice and sometimes I worry that if to many homeschoolers enroll with DL programs that one day they might do away with the traditional homeshcoolers aspect of it all together. I'm leaning towards not enrolling for next year. What about you. Are you registered or enrolled?
If anyone else is reading this comment I would love to hear what you think about registering and enrolling. Please leave me a comment on my blog. I'm really interested in what everyone is doing and why.
Keeping you in our prayers!!
Blessings,
