Dec. 8, 2006~ Curling picture's of my boy's ~
Here is the Curling pic's of my boy's I said I would post. It is kinda like darts but much bigger, it is on ice, with 40 lb rocks w/ handles( that you slide instead of throw. Even though they say you are "throwing" the rock when you push it off, lol. ) You might Check It Out ! There are Curling rinks out there all over the world . Canada and the USA won some medals in the last Winter Olimpics. I love seeing my boys having a fun time and my two oldest ds's want to get real serious about the game. Who know's you might see them in 4 years (hmmmmmm) Once again here is some sites to understand the game better if you are curious about it.
That looks really fun! I remember first seeing curling on tv a few years ago...very strange. Especially for those of us that don't ever get ice and snow! We do, however, have a few ice skating rinks in Houston...but not that many! :-)
Hi CanadaGirl!
That would be fantastic if your boys made it to the Winter Olympics. My son is heavily into swimming and his goal is the 2012 Olympics when he will be 17yrs! It is SO good for boys to but their focus and energy into a sport! Well done to them and to you and hubby who support them!

These pictures are really neat. I didn't know what curling was and now I do. I have to say some of the kids look cold to me. When I am at an indoor ice rink I am dressed like I am outside on a cold winter day. I know ~ I am a winter wimp!
