Apr. 3, 2007~ The results of the electrical inspection ~
Today was a very busy day. The Electrical Inspector came this morning. And all was good ! Plus the fridge and stove come today too. Things emotionally is a bit like a roller coaster here but things are moving along. Our water refroze a bit. I hope that the predicted warm weather sorts that all out.
There is a fellow who is staying at my MIL's and is pruning our fruit trees and my oldest two ds' are getting a chance to learn how to prune fruit trees. I love that even though life is crazy and we are not doing as much sit down kind of learning my boys are getting a really neat kind of education that I believe that God is providing for my boys. Life school is ...cool school.
I have just loved blogging from my new computer area in the new house. I can see a awesome view of the mountains and it is so quiet and peaceful here. I have prayed at different times for God to lead me by "quiet (still) waters" and I feel like I am getting some now. Still a few waves but I get some rests in between. I am learning a lot in how to communicate with my MIL but is has been a big adjustment. I feel a bit drained from the discussions we have had but I believe in the end we will be better for it. Thank you for all the prayers for I can truly tell by what is happening here. It has been by the grace of God that ALL is falling in place. PTL.
I have not been around much lately due to sickness and busyness. I am glad to here so much good news. I have been thinking about you and how things are going at the new homestead. Sounds like you have a wonderful view! I love the mountains! We go through the mountains everytime we travel west. We have lots of tunnels, too! That's my children's favorite part.
I hope things continue to go well for you. Will be praying for God's hand as He continues to pass things your way!
Your computer area sounds awesome!!! We're hoping and praying for a new house in a few years, but I guess we'll see what God works out for us. Good luck!
Our God is an awesome God He delights in giving good goifts to His children, and it is quick to see you are becoming a favorite! Hee hee!
When the weather warms will you be insulating the water pipes so next winter it still runs?
Do NOT let anyone ever tell you you are not having school because you are not filling in the blanks. Sometimes a Homeschool scrapbook says more thatahomeschool log book! And I am so glad things are going well with you and your MIL. Being one, I can tell you sometimes it really is communication misunderstood. And sometimes well, that is why we have a Mighty God!!!! With my SIL and my DIL, most of the time it is their childhood backgrounds that cause misunderstandings and reactions, neither were very good. And time like you are having now, makes for great communication skills testing (:
Praising the Lord for all things as you grow in love.
because of Jesus, Bobbie
So glad to hear that things went well with the electrical inspector and appliances are coming. Stoves & Refridg. are importent to men folk as you well know :). So are you basically all moved in and living at your new place, or at MIL's?
