Oct. 21, 2007~ Monday Meanderings ~
here are my humble plans....
Bible Study/Devotions~
Things are slowing down a bit. During all the hustle and bustle of getting the food harvested and preserved. I kept shoving things in my room to deal with later. And... I miss placed my "Mom Walk" by Sally Clarkson. So I have been rereading my 101 Devotions for a Homeschool Mom by Jackie Wellwood.
Zone~ I am going to focus on reclaiming the Master Bedroom. It has been my catchall and I need to start digging it out. My goal is to spend 15 or more minutes a day and purge.
Must Do~
This week I have to ...
-finish knitting my friends socks. I have only half a sock of the second one to get done.
-start getting ready for craft fair and trying out my fudges and whipping it with the mix master to sell. I have two really good fudges but I am also looking for a REAL GOOD Choc. Fudge recipe. Know one ???
Train Them Up~
We will keep working on being more kind , gentle, and respectful of eachother and doing our chores promptly . I will try to develop a chore chart for the kiddo's. I have not got to this yet.
I'm glad the harvesting and preserving is going so well. It's good that you can start to focus on other things. Your list sounds good, I hope you find that book you're looking for. :)

OOOh I hope you share your fudge recipes next week ;-)
Our bedroom is my focus point this week as well. With two parties this month, it's fallen by the wayside. Though I have to say it's my closet that is the worst in there!! The family bathroom needs a good deep clean also!

Wow, my bedroom is a mess too! It makes me feel good that I'm not alone. Maybe both of our BR's will be better by the end of the week and we can celebrate!
Wow! Sounds like a great week ahead for you. mmm I can smell the Fudge too. (grin) I need to pick-up in the Master Bedroom too. Put all the clothes in baskets and left them.
Blessings,
Debbie
Would you be willing to pass along any good recipe for fudge that you have? I'm not big on peanut butter fudge but any kind of chocolate fudge I like!
Thanks!

I hope you have a productive week. You prompted me to go ahead and buy those titles you are reading for your boys. They've been on my "gunna-do" list for a long time.
Good Morning Mary,
I'll be right over to help you find your book. It's gotta be somewhere! Oh, and I HAVE a REALLY GOOD chocolate fudge recipe - it's my mom's recipe - very rich but very, very good. I don't make it too often because I'm the only one that eats it (it's rich), and my figure doesn't need a whole pan of it. I'll post it later for you, but right now I have to get the girls up. I've been on the computer too long this morning.
Have a good day!
