Dec. 5, 2007~ THANK YOU ~
Thank you ALL who have given so much encouragement and sharing your own personal stories of what it was like not having water for periods of time. It has made me feel so encouraged ! And all the ones who would help if they were able to. Just having that has made me very content in my spirit. I love that I can go back and reread your comments when I feel frustrated.
What a gift you have given me, thank you !
Update
A dear friend asked if we have a court date yet.
No, we haven't heard anything yet. We are waiting still.
Thank you for asking my SSiC
Oh Mary! I had no idea you were dealing with this. We went through something similar a couple of weeks ago, though it was only for a few days. We had a gas leak, which resulted in no water or heat. We got through it with the help of the woodstove. I can understand how it is to run a household under these kinds of circumstances. I'll be praying for you that this is resolved soon...
Awww! Thanks for answering my ?
I sure hope you get a court date soon -this thing seems to be going on FOREVER, and it's not even my issue. Come on over for a nice glass of water any time.
How great that there are so many out there that can encourage you like they have. I do pray that something 'happens' soon. I was thinking about you when I washed my hair today, realizing how much we do have. It's awesome how the Lord reminds us about all we do have, and all the blessings He's given us. :)

Thanks for your prayers; I would love to know what herbs your dh takes, if you have time to share. I think I have some apple cider vinegar and I know I have some honey, I've been using that already with lemon, I will have to try the vinegar too. Thanks for the tip.
Saying a prayer for you. I can't imagine how hard it could get sometimes. We had to go without just hot water for a few days at my grandmother's house, so I understand about heating it on the stove and mixing it with the cold to try to bathe and wash your hair. We also lose our water here if the power goes out, but thankfully the longest that ever happened was 5 days. You will be the happiest girl in the world when it thaws!
