Dec. 15, 2007~ Water UPDATE ! GOOD NEWS !!! ~
Well, I am happy to say that on Monday we should have running water again !!!
On Wednesday my Handsome and I went to our Bible study potluck. When it came to the prayer time a good friend of our brought up our water situation. A lot of the ones gathered didn't know what was going on with our water situation and some to the extent the details were. God's spirit was moving that night. There was a lot of prayer covering and willingness to help ( with expertise and knowledge of how to put in the connection between the houses) us. We will still have to be careful of not over using the well (between the 2-3 houses) but it is very workable. I praise the Lord for what he allowed us to learn and then blessing us with running water before Spring. I will never take water for granted again. What a precious resource this is. Please be thankful for what the Lord has given. Thank you for those who have prayed SO diligently and that are rejoicing with us. Thank you soooooooo much for all your concern and love. I treasure it in my heart.
Doing a happy dance for you! Wow! Thank you for sharing your testimony. What a blessing it is to me to hear of your faith and the Lord's provision for His children.
(((hugs)))

Oh Hon, What wonderful news!! I couldn't be happier for you and the family. Your patience is a wonderful example to me (especially since I'm not patient) tee hee.
Oh this is the best news. Well the best would be the court battle is over! But this is awesome. I am so glad the Lord found a winter solution for you. God is so good. And you and your family proved yourselves faithful with little. God always blesses that.
I missed show and tell. I can't believe that!
Have a blessed weekend..I am so happy for you guys!
Praise the Lord!!!!
I am so happy for you!
When you left a comment that you had good news, I immediately thought in my heart that you had your water problem resolved. I came right over to check it out and was so happy to see that I was right.
What an ordeal to have lived through.

This is AWESOME news, Mary! "Good things come to those who wait [for the Lord]." He knew all the time. Your spirit of contentment and "well, we've got to do what we've got to do" until spring is an encouragement to all of us.
God bless your water situation and may you have pure and running water all winter long!
PRAISE THE LORD! and thanks for letting me rejoice with you!
Yippeeeeeeee!!!!!!!
Praise the Lord! This is wonderful news.
My heart raced as i came over here to see what your news was and i was really hoping it would be water.
Oh, Mary, I'm so happy for you that it's working out. Sorry I didn't get to read your post earlier, I've been gone most of the day. The Lord is totally awesome in all His blessings. How awesome that you can view this time in your life with such growth and the Lord's joy. You are truly an encouragement. :)

What wonderful news! Praising God with you! When you said you had good news - right away I thought "water". Your date fudge looks good too - I love coconut!
It looks God is giving you a Christmas present.
MErry Christmas to you and yours. I am amazed at all the craft projects you are able to accomplish in this season.
Yeah for running water!! That is such a blessed thing that we can take for granted. And praise God for praying friends. What an awesome blessing that we have a God we can take our problems and concerns to and brothers and sisters that will share our burden.
A few years ago, I lived in a little trailor on my church's property and the pipes froze for a few weeks. Praise God, we had a ton of snow at that time. I got really good at melting snow for dishes and then used the dish water to force flush the toilet. It was hard work but it does make your very thankful for water. (Said, as I listen to the dishwasher running )
