"If mothers could learn to do for themselves what they do for their children when these are overdone, we should have happier households. Let the mother go out to play!
If she would have the courage to let everything go when life becomes too tense, and just take a day, or half a day, out in the fields, or with a favourite book, or in
a picture gallery looking long and well at just two or three pictures, or in bed, without the children, life would go on far more happily for both children and parents.
The mother would then be able to hold herself in "wise passiveness’ and would not fret her children by continual interference even of hand or eye - she would let them
be." ...Charlotte Mason
Oh, I've never seen those made before! They look so yummy. You put a lot of effort into them. A labor of love I supose. :-) I know your family appreciates you! I do too.

My mom used to have a perogie maker, but I've never made them. I'd like to try though.
Maybe an afternoon would be a good time to chat. Mornings aren't so good anymore. I haven't had much sleep lately and I'm usually still groggy.
I only now just watched the video in your sidebar(at the request of my 4yr old) about all we do being worship. It often doesn't feel like worship, but it was encouraging. Thanks for sharing it.
why don't you come on over and bring some of those tastey little morsels with you! I'm sure I'm right on the way to town... What! You've already eaten them? Shame on you!
You know I had never even heard of these until several months ago when I tried a recipe that called for them. I made the recipe, but I bought the frozen kinds. All I can say is wow!
