It will also be a new and improved addition of my haircut because the ends were too thin and I trimmed it a bit more. So stay tuned till next Tuesday for giving yourself a haircut.

Now for the second Tightwad Tip for this week is a digital picture frame substitute. I have been seeing this craze and thought it was soooooo neat but it isn't in my budget right now. They are about $50 dollars up here and my hubby and I thought of a solution. You can have the same effect by using the screen saver on your computer to play your pics that you have downloaded onto your computer and let it run. Same idea but a whole lot cheaper. No it doesn't look like a picture frame but it is the next best thing.

"If mothers could learn to do for themselves what they do for their children when these are overdone, we should have happier households. Let the mother go out to play!
If she would have the courage to let everything go when life becomes too tense, and just take a day, or half a day, out in the fields, or with a favourite book, or in
a picture gallery looking long and well at just two or three pictures, or in bed, without the children, life would go on far more happily for both children and parents.
The mother would then be able to hold herself in "wise passiveness’ and would not fret her children by continual interference even of hand or eye - she would let them
be." ...Charlotte Mason
