From the Heart:

I am trying to find a rhythum lately. I need to pick three things in the morning, afternoon , and eve to get done. Now pertaining for the evening things to get done I want to make sure they are things that are creative and personal . I find that if I don't have my creative and reflective time then I become resentful and a grump-a-lump. LOL, if you haven't heard the word grump-a-lump it is b/c it was a word that I made up when I was a teen. ( and have used it ever sense )

Yesterday they guys showed up to start digging the trench for water system. Please continue to pray for our water system issues. What I thought was a done deal isn't so done. We are waiting for a signiture on some paper work. Plus we are ironing out all the finances. I can't go into it but it REALLY needs to be covered in prayer.

In The Craft Corner:

I need to get back to this. With all the planting and tending to the plant starters this has been on the back burner. I want to get back to knitting guantlets ( fingerless gloves) and I want to knit some cotton wash clothes. I would also like to start some simple sewing projects soon. I have a table on the side of my dinning room that I want to make into my sewing corner. No room for a sewing room. [0;

In the Literary Scene:
.
I need to take some time for Mom Culture as Karen Anderola coined it. I am reading "Created to Be His Help Meet" by Debi Pearl. Plus I am going to start off re-reading " A Charlotte Mason Compainion" by Karen Andreola. After that I then have lots of other books that I have bought and need to read. I don't need to buy any new books to read for quite a while. lol
There is the reflections and ramblings for this week.

"If mothers could learn to do for themselves what they do for their children when these are overdone, we should have happier households. Let the mother go out to play!
If she would have the courage to let everything go when life becomes too tense, and just take a day, or half a day, out in the fields, or with a favourite book, or in
a picture gallery looking long and well at just two or three pictures, or in bed, without the children, life would go on far more happily for both children and parents.
The mother would then be able to hold herself in "wise passiveness’ and would not fret her children by continual interference even of hand or eye - she would let them
be." ...Charlotte Mason
