Aug. 27, 2009~ Thursday Update of Philip ~
Philips platelets count has risent up to 69 and is being discharged ( let go) from the hospital today. He has to go in Saturday to Childrens Hospital for another platelet count test. If the platelets rise again (well enough) then he can have his once a week blood test done back home.
.
Please keep praying ...
.
Our prayer request now is for Philips platelet count to be high enough for the rest of the check ups here at home. We are really looking forward to seeing Philip and Handsome probable on Monday ((HAPPY DANCE)) ,PTL !
"If mothers could learn to do for themselves what they do for their children when these are overdone, we should have happier households. Let the mother go out to play!
If she would have the courage to let everything go when life becomes too tense, and just take a day, or half a day, out in the fields, or with a favourite book, or in
a picture gallery looking long and well at just two or three pictures, or in bed, without the children, life would go on far more happily for both children and parents.
The mother would then be able to hold herself in "wise passiveness’ and would not fret her children by continual interference even of hand or eye - she would let them
be." ...Charlotte Mason
Oh Mary! I've been away and didn't know what had been laid in your path! I will certainly place you and your family in my prayers. Glad to know your ds is coming home!
Hooray!! That is great that it is still rising. Continuing to pray that his count will continue to go up sufficiently for him to come home & to stay at home and for your entire family during this time.
Hugs,
Rosina
