This came in the mail for me yesterday - HIP HIP HOORAY!

And I picked up these buckets of wheat on Tuesday night! I have officially milled my first round of flour. Is milled the right word? ground? I'm not sure...anyway, I made my first batch of freshly milled/ground flour tonight! I'm excited!

Next on my list...a mixer! Then I'll be all set!
