Tuesday, July 24, 2007 - Whaddya Think?

Today at lunch I instructed Mr Music to find the tomato keeper for what was left after sandwiches. As he rooted around in the plastics cupboard, we discussed what is a hemisphere, anyway? However, despite knowing what a hemisphere is, he could not find the tomato keeper so we called in Miss Language, who is responsible for Cabinet Organization.

As she searched, she was mumbling, "Bad tomato keeper. You are not glorifying God by doing your appointed task."*

the errant item, now located

So, the question... are tomato keepers (or other inanimate objects) fallen and capable of sin? When I pressed the issue with Miss Language, she said maybe she was at fault for failure to adequately organize the unruly plastics.

* disclaimer: no quotes in this entry are exact. I was more interested in getting lunch than in writing down exact words.

Add a banana!

I think, even if her admonishment fell on deaf, plasticine ears, she's gotten the point. *L*

I will be sure to pass on the instructions to The Professor. *L* Next time, we take pictures first!! THEN we pull up the sprouting forks.

As a Veggie Tale fan, I'm just really glad they weren't sporks. *L*

I don't give my kids snow days either! I just fondly remember them from my own childhood. :o)
LOL about the snow being too deep to get to your books in the dining room.

Peace and Laughter,

I've never seen a tomato keeper 'til now!

Apparently they do inspire good moral reasoning.
