One of the good things about the gospel is learning that we are of value to God and the truth about who we are. Isn't it so much better to be "established in Christ, anointed, sealed, and given His Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee" (II Cor 1:21-22) than to be "Resident" on a piece of junk mail?

Or to be "bought with a price" (I Cor 6:20) than merely "Member of Club Eucerin" in their ad? At first when I saw that, I thought "I have got to get a life" then I remembered I have one, which Christ purchased.

Isaiah 43:1

But now thus says the Lord,
he who created you, O Jacob,
he who formed you, O Israel:
“Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by name, you are mine."

This is so strange. I was reading a blog of a friend from church and noticed you on her blogroll (she is not HSB). She writes the "A Thinking Woman" blog.
I thought you'd find that interesting. Who would have thought cyberspace would be a "small world" kind of place?
You don't know her in real life too, do you? I think I recognized everyone else on her blogroll as being from our church.
