I wish I could invent a new color. Wouldn't that be cool?
I wonder if we all see the same color, anyhow. Maybe my blue is different than yours or anyone else's. How would we know? Maybe the color we all like best actually is the one that looks the same for us. Makes me think of the Litmus Lozenges in Because of Winn-Dixie that taste different to everyone. Maybe some people can see farther at the ends of the spectrum than others, into infrared and ultraviolet, just like some people or animals can hear higher or lower notes than others.
my blue is not your blue! I can't think why you would want to be so personal. Methinks someone may have had you in the transporter... This trying to usurp another's color is just not like you. Homsomesoever, I will graciously share the same yellow with you. You may be under my sun.
