I have been told it is time to update my blogpoll. And I am sure you all know how accommodating I am. :)
So, the results of the recent pinkness poll. I believe this is the most votes a poll here has ever generated, so we can surmise my readers (well, at least some of them) have a deep and abiding interest in pinkness.
You can see what this means any males considering wearing pink: it is generally frowned upon by readers of my blog, the major exceptions being if you are mainly fiberfill or your friends colorblind. Of course, there is a minority that will find you daring to wear pink, so, if you inadvertently end up with pink laundry some day, it seems you can carry it off if you wear it with boldness.
In a related matter of small interest, Miss Dance is a Candy Striper so works at our local hospital once a week or so. This has allowed us to notice the male who works at the coffee stand there and often wears hot pink patent leather boots. That is a whole nother thing.
The new poll shall be coming if beating the Bananalets with their Saxon work ever eases up.
I think it's kind of odd that so many people think that men wearing pink is immoral. It kind of comes off as sexist. It's not like wearing a dress. I saw this poll on a different blog but the results were the same. Wearing pink is immoral by majority vote. I myself do not care but I do think it does break the gender barrier a little bit. And for those who can't tell I believe that is a good thing.
