There really are no words to say how cool it is as a non-musically oriented mom, to have a son who is studying piano and can sit down at it and make something up and holler to you in the kitchen, "Hey Mom, doesn't this sound like seaweed?" and you realize that is EXACTLY what it sounds like.
You'll have to post it to YouTube. As a musically oriented Mum with a very musically oriented daughter I'd be interested to know what 'seaweed' music sounds like!
my 19-y/o daughter would love that! and my 14-y/o son is always making stuff up at the piano. i'll ask him to play something that sounds like seaweed and see what he comes up with.
