What we did Wenesday!

Hey Guys! I am going to tell you what we did for school Wenesday! We made Salt water Taffy.

First we mixed Sugar, light corn syrup, water, cornstarch, butter, and salt in a bowl. Then we let it cook till it was 256 degrees. Why it was cooking we added some Vinilla and when it was done, we poured it in a pan and let it cool. It cooled very fast and my Mom cut it in to two pieces and then twirled and twisted it around, then cut it into small pieces and we wrapped them in wax paper. If you want, I will tell you the mesarments and you can make some Salt water Taffy yourself!
