Happiest at Home...

Nov. 12, 2006
I love Sunday...

Posted in The Daily Grind

Sunday's are my absolute favorite day of the week, but today is more special than most.  For the past four months or so, we have been completely and utterly booked.  Every weekend (sometimes twice) one or both of the boys had a performance, or we had family in town, or band practice on Sundays, or illness, or we were out of town.  This weekend is the very first weekend in I-can't-remember-how-long that we have had Saturday and Sunday all to ourselves.  It's been lovely.  The boys are still in their pj's, I'm in my comfie clothes, and hubby was content with his sports until about half an hour ago, when he got called to go to work.  (He's on an on-call rotation).  It's so relaxing, I'm going to go now, to plan my week of lessons and make dinner; read my book, or watch a movie.  Whatever I choose, because it's Sunday, and Sunday's are supremely peaceful.

Enjoy the peace!
