This weeks' meals have a distinct note: beans. Not only are they more inexpensive than meat, but they digest better. In an effort to pare down our grocery bill, we have decided to have meat only 2-3 times each week, and the only meat I bring into our home is of the poultry variety. This week it is two. I am just beginning to build up our bean recipes, so if you have any you'd like to share, please do so! I would welcome them all!
Monday: Turkey and Spinach Pitas, Salad, Flavored Rice
Tuesday: Veggie Stir Fry
Wednesday: Polenta Pie and Salad
Thursday: Black Bean Quesedillas, Homemade Salsa, Salad, Fl. Rice
Friday, Quick Tri-Bean Soup, Salad, Bread
Saturday: Garlic-Lime Chicken, Pasta Salad Primavera, Watermelon, Brownies
Sunday: Hubby's Homemade Veggie Pizza and Salad
