Dancing for Rain - Rise Against
Probably my longest title ever. Anyway, I'm blogging today because I kind of feel like it, and wanted to let you know that I made a knew blog, http://declarationofawesome.blogspot.com. Now, before any of you freak out (Well, if any of you do), I'm not leaving HSB. I merely made this blog because I had a google account, and google account logins work there. I'll most likely blog everyday on it, and this one I might copy and paste it in here, maybe not. But yeah, that blog has today's post on it, and there was no Youth Group tonight (Thanksgiving), and we're going out of town next Thursday. So not too much news here I guess. So this will be a fairly short post, made longer because I don't feel like stopping typing. Yes, that's it. I named my external hard drive King Philip. King Philip is awesome because he comes with 320 GB of free space, making me able to backup everything I feel to be important and make room on my computer, which I'm not sure what I named. Henceforth, he shall be known as Pope Augustus. I might change it later, but for now, that's good. *Hugs Pope Augustus*

Batteries are the most dramatic objects. Most things stop working or break. But batteries, they DIE. If you're a battery, you're either working or you're dead. It's a bad life. I've noticed that there are no "B"-batteries. It goes right from A to C. I think that's to avoid confusion. Because if there are B-Batteries, you'd never know if someone wanted those, or just had a stutter. <"Can I help you?" "Yes, I would like some B-batteries." "Sure, what kind?" "...B-batteries." "Right, what kind?" "B-batteries, dang it I said it three times!"> And never order C-Batteries in twos. <"Hi, I would like 2 C-Batteries." "Then look at them, stupid.">

Lol, I just though that was funny. :P
Right, so new new music tastes from last week. Well, there might be, but I'm too lazy to change them. Got back from Florida on Saturday, and slept till...well, I don't remeber when, but it was late Sunday. lol Disney was fun, but it took a higher toll on us than usual. That might just have a little bit to do with the fact that on average we didn't get back to our rooms until around 12 or 1. We didn't take the laptop, so I wasn't able to record the whole trip. (Lucky for you :P) I'll give you a brief descrip. We arrived at my grandparent's house on Sunday. We visited for a while, then went to bed. The next morning, we headed off to Disney. We got there, checked into our hotel (Beach Club), and then headed to Epcot.I got a spiffeh little Rugby ball for 10 bucks. =D And I can't think of whatever else we did. Except that we went on Test Track. And I had a very creepy ride photo. Which I might put on here. MIGHT. Then we rode Soarin', which is the awesomest ride ever. And then we did something else. I think we ate. Then we went back to the hotel. Next morning, we moved to another hotel (Animal Kingdom Lodge). Then we went to MGM Studios. I rode the Tower of Terror SO MANY TIMES. :P After that park, we headed back to our room and got ready for a Halloween Party that we were going to that night. I was so boring, I just wore a pirate hat and got face paint put on when we got there. :P The fact pain looked good though. =D Basically the Haloween party has places where the people give out candy, a few rides are open, and they have a special parade. And good music playing. Yes, gooood music. Kind of maybe not. Never mind. So we didn't get that much good candy, unfortunately. But we rode Space Mountain a lot. If you don't have glasses, the 6th seat for Space Mountain is the best. It's the last seat, so you experience falls and dips the best. ^__^ And then we went and watched the parade, stayed a little longer, stopped at a good candy place and got 2 handfuls of candy (They always give a lot away at the end lol) and headed back to the room. We got to sleep around 2 AM. I slept til around 12 the next day, lol. I think we went back to Magic Kingdom then... and the next day we moved again, to Saratoga Springs. Not the best room, no pool near us, the Disney Bus Stop was far away, oh well. We went to Epcot again that day. I got another good photo of me on Test Track. :P And then the next day we went to Animal Kingdom and then we went back to my grandparent's house. The next day we headed home. And we're back. =D Woohoo. I guess.

Let's see. The same day as my last entry, I got contacts. I still have them, the 2 week test has been going well, no problems yet with them, thankfully. Then, on Thursday, a large tree in our front yard had to be taken down because it had died, thanks to pine beetles. So now our yard has a lot more light. That's something we don't want. And there was something else...however I don't remember what it was. I got the "The Black Parade" album by My Chemical Romance, the clean version. It's pretty cool. And yesterday, we went to the Eye doctor for the 1-week contact thingie. I also needed some more disinfectant for them, which, of course, I left there. :P After that we went to Food Lion. I got 2 Diet Coke bottles, which were SAID to be on sale for 99’. However, after we got home, the receipt said they were $1.49 each. So my Mom and I went back out to get my disinfectant, and to complain to the Food Lion people. :P Then when we got back Stephen and I did the Diet Coke and Mentos. Only one worked well, and it's below.
BTW, I'm right now testing new templates. I have one more ot preview, then I'm going to set up a poll, with links to each of the templates, and the majority template voted will be put up. Yay.
EDIT: Yes, ^^this^^ is me. :P
[EDit again]TC is having a bad poetry contest on her blog, so I'm entering. lol
The Missing Valve
When the heat is unbearable
And the Lawn Mower dead,
There's nothing to do
Except not move from bed
And hope no one sees
The wrench 'neath your head.

Mom got back on Saturday from being in Disney. I wanted to go, but she wouldn't let me. lol Not much has been going on this week, as usual. I really need to mow our lawn. I haven't mowed in over a week. Was supposed to do it today, but it rained hard last night. The yard is still wet even now. Dad got a Bowflew machine a day or two ago. We finished putting it together today. So I'll be using it about every day. :P I need to work out, I'm rather...weak... But anyway, Stephen came over today and we basically just played the PS2 and Uno. We did Diet Coke and Mentos rocket yesterday (See below) and....that's it... I guess. The End.
I felt a need to do this for some reason... I got permission to post some vids of me doing stuff with Diet Coke and Mentos. They're all of me, with Stephen narrating it. In order from oldest to newest.
The following video has a tendency to be strange/freaky. :P But it's only 2 seconds, so... (It's still me)

Something I've noticed about Halo Multiplayer, is that when somebody calls me some bad name (None shall be mentioned due to censoring), I usually reply "I love you too", and either they say "lol" and we move on or they call me gay and quit. =P
And now for something that isn't entirely pointless.
Well, I went tubing on Saturday. It was awesome. I mowed our backyard before I had to go (We had to leave the Church at 12, and I got up at 10), took a shower, then hurriedly ate (Didn't get to brush my already-in-poor-condition-teeth) and got out the door at about 11:57 or so. When we got there, hardly any people had showed up. We got there at around 12:10 (Traffic was bad) and I was the 2nd person to arrive. =P Then we left after 3 more people showed up. The annoying part was that I got stuck in a car with an annoying 4-6 year old. He seemed to like hitting me with a purple squishy ball with little squishy noodles coming out of it. Then it broke in half, and when I tried to get along with him, he coped well, but then was saying "Look at this!" every 3.8 seconds. For the whole trip. During a 1 hour drive. Do the math. It wasn't fun. Then when we got there, the car following us went to a campsite where the other youth leader was camping. We got the boat in the water pretty easily and quickly. The boat was cool. It was one of the small, sleek boats that go really fast and you can sit all the way up on the bow area. So we went looking for the other people after we got the boat in the water. Man, the wind felt so good... I loved every second of it. Then we found them, then we started tubing. It.Was.Awesome. If you put aside the bouncing, the swerving, the occasional stomach misplacement feeling, and the whiplash, it's pretty nice. But if you include all that stuff, it's Pure.OWNAGE. I don't care that my neck is so sore today that I can't even hold it up without pain, TUBING WAS AWESOME! Once I was on it, and the boat did a sharp turn. That gave the rope a good deal of slack. So the tube started spinning in the opposite way that the boat was. So when the slack of the rope ends, so does your idea of which way is up. It whips you around in about a second and you start flying again. Ha, it was fun. I also tried knee-boarding. It took me about 3 or 4 tries before I could get up onto it, then the 5th time I got up and stayed up for a while. That was even more fun. =D Being almost level with the water, and flying along is sweet. Then the board started wobbling, and then the front part of the board goes underwater, and the rest of your body follows. Still, it's pretty cool. One of the kids that went tubing (Son of the guy who owns the boat) stayed on for a LONG time on the tube. He survived several jumps in the air that were about 3 or 4 feet. Then we finally swerved and got him off. >:D Then we had a cookout. I learned that one of the girls in our youth group has a Yellowjackophobia. One got near her and she started breathing heavily, screaming, and running away. It was entertaining some of the time. I think I killed 2 or 3 of the YJs. Then we came back. It was all in all a 10 out of 10 day. Then we got home and I got all depressed. I get that way after each Youth Group activity for some reason. Meh. It's still worth it. Well, that's all. G'night.
And now some videos from BestofYouTube.com:

I might stop blogging every day. Just might. Anyway, what do you guys think of the new Background image? I'll put up a poll on the sidebar. Please let me know which one you like better. ^_^
Nothing happened yesterday. I found an AIM bot named Smarter Child that's fun to chat with. And I briefly played a pool game with Stephen. And...nothing else...

The stupid HSB froze up as I was adding this entry. Now the text seems larger. =O Well, not much happened yesterday. No Pizza hut, we went to Bible study, nothing happened there... So here are some pointless videos for my pointless entry.

And crazy too. And I just made the mistake of deleting my entry so now I have to retype it all (Horrors). BTW, don't click "Play" on that video unless you want to have to listen to it until you close you browser window or go somewhere else. Or comment me. =P Fear the llama song people, that's right...
Stephen didn't get up this morning, so I was waiting up at my house at 6:45 for nothing. =P Mom made cookies today, and I didn't get school done til late. I suddenly felt a feeling of "Why am I hurrying to get done with school" mood. Then I had a large amount of up-and-down mood swings for a long while... Yup. And Stephen's sick. And I'm bored. And

So...that's it. =P Nothing happened yesterday, it was all normal and stuff. But it was our last For Hymns until the end of the summer. And Daniel decided not to buy GH1 from me...so now I'm even farther from buying an iPod...*Sigh*
But so this isn't entirely pointless, some Diet Coke vids.
