Sorry I have not written in a long time. Well, here is another recipe.

                                 Sweet Rice                         
2 cups white rice                               
4 cups water                            
1/2 tsp salt                              
2 cups milk
3/4 c. sugar or cinnamon sugar

Prepare rice. When done, put in the milk and sugar and continue cooking for 15 min. Pour in bowl and serve with
cinnamon sugar.

• Sep. 27, 2009 - Five Chip Cookies

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup old-fashioned oats
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup each milk chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, vanilla chips and butterscotch chips

Directions:

In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chips.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks. Yield: 4-1/2 dozen.

• Sep. 21, 2009 - 30 Minute Rolls

Hey! This is my cooking blog. I'll give you recipes that I have made. So here is my first recipes.

                                  

 30 Minute Homemade Rolls
                                                                                    
Combine:
3 1/2 cups of warm water
1 cup oil
1/2 - 3/4 cups honey
4 tbsp yeast

Then add:
3 eggs
1 tbsp salt
10- 10 1/2 cups flour ( white/ wheat)
                    

Then after you mix the ingredients then you knead  for five minutes, shape into roll's, place on very lightly greased baking sheet, let rise 10-20 min, bake 9 -10 min at 375
