What I really admire about you is that you are respectful and you never belittle or condemn anyone behind the scenes. You are always careful never to tear down or to gossip, or to stoop to the level of some of your critics. I can tell God is working in you, bringing you ever closer to maturity in your faith. You can be my adopted "kid" anytime. :)

There was quite a bit of comments and posts for me to catch up on. But now that I've read everything I now understand what's going on. Everyone is going off on what THEY think you meant. But we all need to go back to what you ORIGIANLLY said!

Read mine and Eric's (aka BlogBoy) entry over with a clear mind and then in detail with more scripture (scripture that actually backs your beliefs up) write another "my faith" entry.

wow Chris! It's gotten crazy around here. I truly believe that people are just misunderstanding what your saying. Actually you pretty much believe what they do they are just getting it all mixed up. I mean you all believe that the temp. of being gay is not wrong but if you act on it or lust after it then that is wrong. That's what everyone is saying. Also your all pretty much saying that your not supposed to coexist with the religion of other people just the people. Like agree to disagree. I don't believe that that will ever truly happen but if you try then maybe it will help a little. Also I think people are getting really confused about the Christianity thingy. They think your saying that the christian people are completely and hopelessly corrupt. But that's not what your saying. The Christian "religion" is corrupt. People are going around saying that you can just go to church and say I believe in God and your fine. I mean thousands of "christians" say that. I mean the demons in hell believe that there's a God and they tremble at the thought. It's not about just saying I believe it's about how you act on it. I don't mean that works will get you to heaven cause they won't but that if you truly believe and accept that Jesus is your Saviour AND Lord then you will want to do whatever God has planned for you. Ok sorry I keep doing this.

What matters is what Chris ORIGINALLY and ACTUALLY said.
There’s no need for Chris to defend himself ‘cause certain individuals are jumping in there telling all of us what they thing Chris means!

Let Chris defend himself!

If Chris really want’s to “clear things up”, he’d write a new “my faith” entry.
This time it would have to have scripture that actually backed him up (lots of it).
It would need to state all of his beliefs in a very detailed manner. Explaining not only what has been debated but why he’s believes in double baptism, Calvinism, Predestination… and so on (all the little issues that have not yet been brought up).
Even if it’s totally different that his old “my faith” post. This will give him a chance to rethink his faith.

Like I said before, I agree with you on some of those smaller issues (Predestination and Calvinism but not double baptism).

Alright Dude, I and several others will be checking your blog periodically to see if you have written the new “my faith” entry.
